RECLAIM is for the woman who…
You are allowed to begin again.
Is rebuilding after divorce or the end of a relationship.
Is grieving the life she expected to have.
Is struggling with regret over past choices.
Is rediscovering herself after years of putting others first.
Is entering a new season of life.
Knows she is ready to move forward but is unsure where to begin.
The RECLAIM Journey
More than a book, RECLAIM is a guided process for moving from surviving what happened to intentionally creating what comes next.
PHASE 01 · REFLECTION
The Honest Look
Honor where you've been without allowing the past to define where you're going.
PHASE 02 · EMOTIONAL HEALING
Making Space to Heal
Give yourself permission to feel, process, and begin releasing what you've carried for too long.
PHASE 03 · RELEASING REGRET
Letting Go of the What-Ifs
Release the weight of decisions you cannot change and make room for the woman you're becoming.
PHASE 04 · REBUILDING SELF-TRUST
Trusting Yourself Again
Reconnect with your own voice, strengthen your boundaries, and learn to trust the woman making the decisions now.
PHASE 05 · REDISCOVERING IDENTITY
Remembering Who You Are
Look beyond the roles you've carried and rediscover the desires, values, and dreams that belong to you.
PHASE 06 · MOVING FORWARD
Choosing What's Next
Step into your next chapter with intention—not because the past disappeared, but because it no longer gets to decide your future.

Why I Wrote RECLAIM
I wrote RECLAIM from the understanding that rebuilding isn't about pretending the past didn't happen—it is about deciding what the past gets to mean moving forward. As an author, storyteller, and coach, I create space for women to examine their stories honestly, reclaim their identity, and move forward intentionally.
