Coaching Is Not Therapy
Life coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or mental-health treatment. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure mental-health conditions.
Coaching may involve conversations about your experiences, relationships, goals, identity, personal growth, divorce, reinvention, or other life transitions; however, these conversations are approached from a coaching and personal-development perspective rather than a clinical or therapeutic one.

RECLAIM Coaching
RECLAIM coaching is designed to support women navigating major life transitions, including divorce, reinvention, identity shifts, rebuilding self-trust, gaining clarity, and intentionally moving forward.
Although the RECLAIM framework may address topics such as grief, regret, relationships, confidence, identity, and emotional experiences associated with life transitions, the program is a coaching and personal-development experience and is not a substitute for psychotherapy or other mental-health treatment.
Confidentiality
Tiffany Anne, LLC respects the privacy of coaching clients and intends to treat information shared during coaching sessions with discretion.
Coaching relationships, however, are not the same as relationships with licensed attorneys, physicians, therapists, or other professionals whose communications may be protected by specific legal privileges.
Confidentiality may also be limited when disclosure is required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to address certain legal or safety obligations.
